Its a pleasure to present to you our project - a set of "Mountain View". In the design and construction of the complex , we focused primarily on the needs of our Russian customers. Suitable for year-round building "Mountain View" will surprise you with its modern appearance and excellent functional layout of the apartments.
The complex is located in the central part of the village of Lozenets, just 250 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the fishing pier. Lozenets is located in the heart of the national reserve " Ropotamo " , 60 km south of Burgas, a 30-40 minute drive from the ancient town of Sozopol .
The building consists of 4 studios, 5 one-bedroom and 3 -bedroom apartments. Some of the apartments have sea views , the other part - the mountains.
Jacuzzi with a panoramic balcony with sun loungers on the top floor of the building will complement your stay .
On the adjacent plot of land has a sitting area with a gazebo and barbecue.
The complex is ready to move in, with Act 16.
Maintenance fee :
€ 100 for a studio , 150 euros for up- t with 1 bedroom, 200 euros for up- t with 2 bedrooms.
